The Team

Operators,
armed with software.

LAMPWORK is deliberately small. Everyone here has scaled a consumer brand hands-on or built the AI systems that make scaling repeatable — most have done both.

PRINCIPLE / 01

Leverage over headcount

Headcount is not a moat. Every repeatable process here is a candidate for automation — which keeps the team small, senior, and fast.

PRINCIPLE / 02

Operators only

Everyone has shipped product, bought media at scale, negotiated supply chains, or written production code. No tourists.

Founders' terms

We've sat on the other side of the table. When we acquire, we move fast, speak plainly, and honor what the founder built.

Leadership

The people behind the platform.

Alex Collins

Alex Collins

Founder & CEO

A decade on the operating side of digital growth — directing marketing for a regional jewelry retailer, consulting on retail technology, buying media for DTC brands, and running digital for one of Arkansas's largest home-services companies — before founding LAMPWORK in 2024. Canvas & Ivy was the proving ground; the holding company is the thesis at full scale.
