This Privacy Policy describes how Lampwork Software, LLC ("LAMPWORK," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 260 Grant Place, Suite D, Lowell, AR 72745, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with lampworkbrands.com (the "Site") and our business operations. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy applies to information collected through the Site, including our contact, careers, and acquisition-inquiry forms. It does not apply to our portfolio brands' websites (including Canvas & Ivy), which maintain their own privacy policies, or to third-party sites we link to.
Information you provide. When you submit a form, we collect what you choose to share: name, email address, message contents, and — depending on the form — brand and business details (website, revenue range, timeline), links you provide (such as LinkedIn or portfolio URLs), and resume files.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic analysis. Form submissions record the submitting IP address for spam prevention.
Cookies. The Site is intentionally light on tracking. We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to ad networks. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load; see Google's privacy policy.

We know what it means to share revenue figures for a business you built. Information submitted through our Sell Your Brand form is treated as confidential, shared only with LAMPWORK team members and advisors directly involved in evaluating the opportunity, and never used to compete with your business. We are glad to execute a mutual NDA before any detailed discussion.
Resumes and application materials are used solely for recruitment. We may retain them for up to 24 months to consider you for future roles unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: general inquiries up to 24 months after our last interaction; acquisition discussions for the life of the discussion plus a reasonable archival period; legal and accounting records as required by law.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards: HTTPS across the Site, server-side validation and file-type restrictions on uploads, access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor reasonable requests from anyone, regardless of jurisdiction: contact us through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
The Site is a business site not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
