These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property violations in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
